DATA PRIVACY STATEMENT

Personal data relates to a living individual who can be identified from that data. Identification can be by the information alone or in conjunction with any other information in the data controller’s possession or likely to come into such possession. The processing of personal data is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (the ‘GDPR’).

to Communicate with customer for the sole purpose of the business;
to maintain our financial accounts and records;
to provide news and information about products, services, activities and services by PMV Blinds;
to manage employees and sub-contractors employed by PMV Blinds;
Processing is carried out by PMV Blinds and the processing relates only to our customers and suppliers for invoicing purposes or quotation purposes or former customer for upkeep of warrantee or guarantees (or those who have regular contact with it in connection with those purposes); and

Your personal data will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be shared with other employees of PMV Blinds to carry out a service to our customers. other merchants regarding delivery and ordering of parts etc. or for purposes connected with the customer. We will only share your data with third parties with your consent.
We keep data until we believe you no longer wish to be involved with the purposes above or you tell us you no longer want us to hold it.
